How long delivery takes

Our pieces are made and dispatched through our supplier network, then sent directly to you. This keeps our prices where they are, and it means delivery takes a little longer than a warehouse down the road.

Shipping is currently free on our launch catalogue, where verified with our supplier. There is nothing added at checkout for these items.

Where we currently ship

At this time we ship to the United Kingdom only. We have not yet verified delivery estimates for other countries, so international shipping is not currently offered.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time of the estimate above, or has arrived damaged, contact us and we will put it right.

You have statutory cancellation rights. For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or not-as-described items are handled separately and your statutory rights are not affected.
