How long delivery takes

Our pieces are made and dispatched through our supplier network, then sent directly to you. This keeps our prices where they are, and it means delivery takes a little longer than a warehouse down the road.

United Kingdom: around 9 working days from the point your order is processed.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days before dispatch. During busy periods, particularly November and December, both processing and transit can take longer.

What shipping costs

Shipping is included in the price you see. There is nothing added at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. If tracking has not updated for several days, this is normal during international transit and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Where we currently ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom. Germany, France, Italy and Spain are coming shortly.

If your order has not arrived within 20 working days, or has arrived damaged, contact us and we will put it right.
