How long will my order take?

Around 9 working days to the UK, after 1–3 working days of processing. See our Shipping & Delivery page for detail.

Why does it take that long?

We ship directly from our supplier network rather than holding stock in a UK warehouse. It is slower, and it is the reason a stainless steel fountain costs £89.99 here rather than considerably more.

Do I pay for shipping?

No. Shipping is included in the price shown.

Sizing

How do I size a coat?

Measure your dog's back length from the base of the neck to the base of the tail, and the chest at its widest point. Breed is not a reliable guide. If you are between sizes, size up.

How do I size a collar?

Measure around the base of the neck and add roughly 2cm.

How do I know if a carrier will fit?

Your pet should be able to turn around and lie down. Weigh them first — our carriers are intended for cats and smaller dogs.

Is the water fountain noisy?

It uses a low-noise pump. Most owners find it unobtrusive in a kitchen or hallway.

Are the ceramic bowls dishwasher safe?

Yes.

What if my ceramic bowl arrives broken?

Contact us with a photo and we will replace it.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as quickly as possible. Once an order has been dispatched we cannot recall it.
